Returns Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the terms and conditions for returning items:
Unwanted Goods
If you wish to return an item because it is no longer needed, please note the following:
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging (including any seals or shrink wrapping).
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
If the above conditions are not met or we suspect the item has been used, we reserve the right to return it to you at your expense. Please note that items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Shipping costs for returning unwanted goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty Goods
We offer a one-year returns policy for items found to be faulty. To return a faulty item, please:
- Include a note explaining the issue, your desired outcome (refund or exchange), and your original order reference number.
- Send the item back to us.
If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will either exchange it or issue a refund. However, if the returned item is found to be fully operational, it will be treated as an unwanted good and returned to you at your expense.
Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned to us as undelivered, you can:
- Request a refund (minus the shipping cost).
- Request the item to be re-shipped (additional shipping charges will apply).
General Notes
- If we contact you about a return and do not receive a response within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to dispose of the goods.
- Credit notes or account credits issued by us will expire 6 months after being issued.
